Running a busy aerobics studio with several instructors, most of whom teach at several other clubs, whilst keeping both your members and your club manager happy is a difficult job for any co-ordinator. In many clubs the role of studio co-ordinator is a part time position and is often combined with other roles such as teaching studio classes, personal training and organising of events and launches.
I have been a studio co-ordinator for the past 9 years and over this time have experienced lots of highs and definitely a few lows, but the key to running a well-organised studio is managing your time effectively.
If you are currently managing a studio, or plan to in the future, I will guide you through areas that need to be considered in order to manage a team of instructors and run a safe, effective and progressive studio timetable. We will look at everything from issues of pay, running auditions, motivating and managing your team, planning masterclasses and look at your own personal development.
If you are in need of a helping hand with your timetable, Vivienne is available for consultation.
